Understandable why you wouldn't bother: most of the typically 3-4 line reviews appearing on London agency sites read as if written by an aspiring Mills & Boon author on Cloud 9 of Cloud Cuckoo Land. (Of those not written by the agency itself, presumably a minority are written tongue-in-cheek.)

Whilst to their credit Diva appear to publish the occasional (edited?) negative, and at least leave it up for some time, there's also evidence (member comments) on UKP to confirm that by no means all negatives get posted.

FWIW regarding Ivasy, it's the first time I've noticed a Diva review section display as many as three 'negatives'. More experienced UKP members will be able to say whether or not that's the agency's way of sending a clear signal.

I have had a very good experience with Diva, they are very professional, regarding the girls it's another matter. Services are at their discretion and I think there should be that degree of freedom. As a punter I am aware that money can buy just s some, not all, amount of will in this business.
