I love this, caught out simple as that, if her response was to even be considered true then the feedback would be "feedback only" and not a red as the booking would not have been confirmed or whatever it is!
And being loyal to regulars is great, but making that response as what you think is a valid and logical excuse to a new guy is poor, shifts the blame imho, and sighting aggressive also, maybe just maybe that aggrssion was Just a txt off disgruntled bloke, who's jumped through work or marriage hoops only to be left stranded, or justvsimply will not accept being dumped at theclast minute esprcislly on poor organisation and claimin regs.are more important. You've no idea whether or not this guy would also become a solid, reliable regular. And it also supports the fact you need to improve your admin, plan your day and bookings out better.
If you're that busy and popular because of your Stella service and attitude that's great
but cleary the diary advice above is top drawer, its not rocket science, some diarys even have hours of the day each line or so, or employe help as other ladies do, iirc like Naughty Amy or Lisa FF.
You've joined today, called 2 of your negative reviews out, the other by citing aggressive and violent behaviour towards you from randomguy, stating you will only see memeber with positive feedback, well that is some accusation, "if" true that wont really help you here, needed reporting to the relevant websites and forums at the time, ill assume you know what these are as a seasoned WG! btw the guy you've accused of has plenty of POSITIVE Feedback on AW so your future bookin in logic is flawed, I'm aware of who/what his username is on there, do not know him personal before you levy that at me, to me it's just obvious.
I'm not defending a fellow punter, he's not my pal, he probably thinks im a twat as he blames me and my POS review of a lady for his neutral experience, despite alot of others etc, but basically because i called him out on something, sonhe triwd tonshift blame and spolight omto me as you're doing here!
Regardless this is SOME allegation to throw about, did you report him if you are in the right? As mentioned above it's better to take a NEG on the chin and use it to improve, assuming the review is solid, fair, unbiased etc, punters are often called out in here by our own if too aggressive, in the wrong, or play billy big bollocks the bullshiter, I've seen it loads.
