Welcome to the forum FB. My condolences for the bad punt. Absolutely abysmal. And just goes to show, even with your generosity of paying £80, she still provided shit service. (I used to pay £60 for these Roms, and I noticed zero improvement when their prices increased to £70.) On top of that, add dishonesty to the list as I'm sure she also lied about not having change, knowing she would probably keep the extra. They deal with cash all day, they have change.
