Booked an escort for an hour, came into her house and handed over the money. Taken into the bedroom which is a horrible mess and I decide to leave. Ask her for money back she says can't give it back as she gave it to her security who has left (in the space of 1 minute) so she says I can wait but I won't get it all back.

Told me to wait 15 minutes for him to come back so I decide to wait outside. As the door closes I said if he's not back I'll call the police. She decided to call the police and I'm waiting outside for them now.

If you feel its a point of principle hang about and see if they turn up. You arent breaking the law but i doubt they will be able to get you your money back as you cant prove you didnt just give it to her and she offered you her service. If this is what she tells the police then i cant see them wanting to get involved.

If they know this WG as a trouble maker from previous incidents you never know though. If it were me, in fact it has been me on ocassion i would chalk it to experience and name and shame the WG on here. I dont want the police to know my business. Good luck.

Back now and i'll try to explain the situation better. The woman in there was extremely over-weight ( most definitely size 20+) and I asked her for my money back and that I wanted to leave. I was told at first that I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the security to come back with it, then I was told that I wouldn't get it all back so I said I'd wait outside for hr "security" to come back.

As she closed the door I said I'd contact the police if he wasn't back in 15 minutes. She called the police and I continued waiting outside for them or the "security" to come back. Kept coming out every 45 minutes to say "you know I'm going to win right" "I have your number, I know who you are" "you're going to regret this" "as far as i am concerned i gave you a 1 hour massage and you refused to leave"

Called the non-emergency number to see if they were coming and was told that I had broken the law (hence why I made this thread) but then the officer turned up. She told him I was refusing to leave and that I had threatened her, I spoke to the officer calmly and explained the situation and was told that as no laws had been broken there was nothing he could do. Told me that the only route was to take it through small claims court and then he left. Called up a taxi and whilst I was waiting one of the neighbours approached me adn asked me what had happened, explain the situation again and left.

There were a lot of red flags to be honest before (claims she doesn't do bareback, but listed as doing it) and leading up to this booking so I don't know why I didn't leave, had a lot of bad punts in Portsmouth but never had anything like this so I chalk it up as a lesson and never punt with someone new and keep to regulars.

Well done for naming and shaming. My understanding is you couldnt take her to the small claims court as its an immoral contract and thus not recognised by that court. Even if it were it comes down to having to prove what you say is the truth of course, not easy if you havent any independent witnesses.

Another thing you could do if feeling that aggrieved is put notes through her neighbours doors telling them she is a dishonest low life as is the guy. One or more of them might take action through the landlord. Unless she owns the premises freehold she will have signed a tenancy/leasehold/mortgage agreement in which she is unlikely to be able to work from home unless specifically agreed with them, and it could be seen as anti-social behaviour by the landlord.

Yeh, I've spoken to the 101 number again and as long as I haven't put anything malicious in the post it's perfectly legal, I've asked the admin to remove the flat number anyway. Just really glad I have a punting phone and just chalk it up to  a mistake and stick to the regulars in my area.
