Hi all,

Just wanted to put a warning out to anyone on Seeking.

Had been speaking to a girl called Chloe, around 20, blonde, very pretty. She demanded money for a first meet, stating that she had had so many time wasters. After a bit of back and forth we finally agreed on 100 to meet briefly, but she would take it off of our first actual meet if we clicked.

We spent over half hour walking together and chatting and genuinely, I felt at least, we got on, seemed really promising and we would be looking to book in a meet over the next week or so.

I get home to find she has messaged and it would appear blocked me on WhatsApp saying she can’t go on with an arrangement with me, sorry.

No reason or explanation. I’m a young guy, reasonably good looking, she actually said much younger than most guys on seeking and she thought I was very attractive, we kissed heavily but briefly before parting ways, I just really don’t get it because we seemed to really get on.

So my only conclusion is that it was just a scam. She makes guys buy her lunch or pay for a first meet etc and then just takes the money and runs. But of a C**t move to be honest. So yeh, thought I’d share to try and prevent it again for someone else.

Her SA profile is closed now or at least I can’t view it. Pictures we swapped though are on this post hopefully.

Cheers.

Wouldn't call this a scam per se. You paid to meet her and she met you. You even got a kiss out of it. It's annoying, no doubt, but you got what you paid for really, so not a scam.

100% this.

You agreed to pay her for your meet and greet, something I would never do. If any girl said this to me I would have binned her - no matter how hot she is, no matter what she inferred could possibly happen between us - and moved onto the next girl.

Guys paying £100 in the hope of fucking a girl. You really need to take a long hard look at yourself.

Hi guys, thanks for your replies.

It wasn’t expected that we would have any sexual activity for 100, it was really I suppose a trust exercise, her claiming that she got a lot of time wasters and would take me a seriously if I did provide something and me confirming that I was genuine and would trust that she wouldn’t just fob me off with a quick meet and we’d at least see it through to see if had chemistry sexually on the next meet.

We had a fair bit of back and forth messaging and talked on the phone before hand as well, she claimed she would usually charge 250 for a meet regardless, but would be happy for 100. I then, I thought at least, confirmed with her that our first ‘proper’ meet would then only be 150 providing we got on.

I have spent my fair time with ladies on AW and now on seeking as well as strippers etc who will charm to try and get you to pay more and I can usually spot a scam, I think what makes this one really sting is it seemed so very genuine when we met in person, we were walking and chatting together and I just thought this would be a really great arrangement.

We were laughing and flirting and to me seemed like it would be great. She kept saying that she never did anything on a first meet but really wanted to hence we eventually kissed before parting ways.

Anyway, I don’t know about taking a long look at myself in the mirror, I’ve been done over for 100 which in the scheme of things isn’t all that bad really, but it’s more the fact that I feel I’m not the only one that she will be doing this to and wanted to put a warning out to anyone else really. I appreciate most wouldn’t pay anything for the first ‘coffee’ meet and I wouldn’t myself usually, so there we are lesson learnt, but just a heads up to anyone else.

You got played, never ever pay for a meet and greet no matter how much she insists, that my friend is a £100+ lesson learnt

+1 there has to be trust on both sides and its always for both parties trust each other to have a basic M&G. Only thing I have paid for before any intimacy is drink, coffee, sometimes dinner or sent a train ticket collection code (that's after they sent me a selfie of themselves at the station and in the queue for the machine) .

Whilst there will be some bad apples on there as guys who waste girls time, the majority of girls on seeking are scammers/flakes and most of the time it's the guys having their time wasted. Try not to be taken in by sweet talk and end up agreeing to ppms for non intimate meets.
If they get money for not opening their legs, they will be pretty satisfied and just use the same tactics on the next guy.

Classic con.   Offering a 'discount' off her 'usual' charge to make it sound a bargain and then saying it would also be deducted from the cost of a second meeting (which, of course, never happens).  You lose track of the fact you are paying her £100 just for a meet because you focus on getting an intimate second date for only £150.  I bet nobody sees her more than once.

I do not agree with this. yes there are some and us guys have to on our guard for them. But the ladies gets lots of time wasters. Some would regard you as a time waster if you are only interested in sex.

You have to remember that not all guys are only after sex. It seems that you are regarding SA as another AW.

However, I agree with you not to pay for a M&G (other than the coffee etc) - i have declined 2 or 3 ladies that tried to insist that as others had paid, it would be unfair to them! huh!!...I have meet some ladies for dinner at some very nice restaurants where no sex or additional payment was involved - but in nearly all cases, sex followed at later meets - and wonderful sex at that. If you go with the right attitude about what SA is (and importantly isn't,) treat the ladies with repect and well, weed out the few scammers, sex will usually follow. At the danger of repeating myself from other SA threads, in my experience, the ladies HATE any suggestion or inference that they are WG's and therefore hate being treating like that. Your reference to them "opening their legs" suggests to me that is how you treat them!

I do not treat them like wgs, and usually bring a good game, but when they are insisting on payments for a first platonic meet they are clearly fishing and if its a deal breaker better not to meet on the hope it will lead to something sexual as its highly unlikely it will.

Agree I have heard about people who provide allowances for platonic arrangements but those are few and far in between.

Agreed. If a woman wants me to pay for lunch, that's one thing. If she expects me to pay on top of that just for the privilege of her turning up, she's probably not going to turn up for a second meeting.

At £100 a pop, do that 7 days a week and not only are you having a nice lunch bought for you and prepared by someone else every single day, you're £3,000 per month (free of tax) better off, just for turning up at a cafe or restaurant for someone else buying lunch for you. That's £36,000 per year. Double that if you do dinner too. I could happily live off £72,000 per year after tax for doing precisely nothing, especially if all of my meals were paid for by someone else. Ker-ching !

Effectively, she's charging someone for their time at what works out to be an hourly rate.
Now, that puts her firmly in WG territory, if she likes to be classed as one or not.

Nice work if you can get it but count me out as a gullible donor. Time to walk.

oh i expect she would.....she would be looking for the next wodge of money!! lol

btw - i do agree with you and the previous comment - don't pay any money over and above the cost of a meal etc. I have never done that....but I have agreed to a nice restaurant meet a couple of times (a fair restaurant bill but nothing more) - and met a couple of really lovely ladies that way that led on to much much more later. But yes, never pay over and above that!!
