I very much hope so - he definitely is not what or who he says he is. Also, the broken English in which he writes is a put-on. I happen to have a degree in linguistics and the way he writes is not the way a native speaker of Urdu whose English is not very good would express themselves. Also, occasionally, a perfectly formed, perfectly natural English sentence will slip out.
The Asian Gentleman profile (has anybody evr read all that BTW?) states that English is his native language.

Just to add my 2 pennies worth to this debate. I saw Katrina today. I can confirm the pictures are her though I thought she looked better in the pictures than in person. She looks older in person than in the pictures.
