Having read your one review, I can understand why you might think this review lacks detail.  However, not everyone has the time or inclination to give a blow-by-blow account of everything that happened, nor is it really necessary for someone with as many reviews as Sindy already has.  I suggest that if you have a specific question about a particular service that you are interested in, you ask that.  Just asking for more detail about someone else's punt sounds rather prurient.
