Comms : Good, phoned in to book a few hours before.
Location : Set back from main road but, for those of a nervous disposition, it is next to a popular artisan baker with outdoor seating. On the plus side it does very good pies and sandwiches for those who fancy a pre or post massage nibble. Free parking at nearby Morrison's.
