Normally, u would give a negative, if agreed services were denied. There is a large likes list and u wouldn't expect the sp to provide every single thing on her likes list. For example if u went in for a kiss and she turned away or pulled away, then it would be a negative, if on her likes list. However if u never indicated, u wanted kissing and she didn't automatically do it, giving a neg a bit harsh imo.
