How long do WG's keep punters numbers for?

I was sitting at my desk at work just before when I got a text come in saying "hi it's Sam from AW just want to let you know I have changed my number".
This was obviously a blanket text out to all punters in her phone book.
I am single so not that bothered about getting grief and I ding have a punting phone coz I don't see the need.
I was just interested why would she keep numbers. I haven't seen this lass for 2 maybe 3 years or longer. I guess it's away for her to drum up business as I been thinking bout her since I got the text. I was just thinking is it normal to keep numbers for so long. Has anyone else ever had a text like this?and I guess it's not very discrete of her if you were with your mrs when you received it.

I have had such texts onto my punting phone, as i regard cold contacting as very indiscreet it means i wouldnt be interested in the WG anymore. Clearly some punters either arent bothered or think it a good idea if the WG is offering them a deal though so thats why some WGs see it worth their while keeping punters numbers for a long time.

The WG you mention here wouldnt have a clue about your marital status now of course, you could of got coupled up or married in that time, she obviously didnt care whether it might of got you into bother or not.

I have work, personal, and punting phones. To be honest only time it feels a bit ott to me is when I'm putting my valuables into / retrieving from an envelope at parties - but I'm sure they've seen more interesting things than a punter with three phones!

I should think that girls keep clients numbers for as long as they are working so they can identify the punters they want to see and those that they would rather avoid next time. Its simple to put a brief comment instead of your name in their contact list against your number - "timewaster" etc., to prompt their memory about you.

I dont keep nice clients numbers unless they ask me too as I worry about losing my phone and their numbers being there

This reminds me of one of the first ever texts I remember getting, it was from an escort who worked with a girl I'd seen a few days before, I was rather shocked to be contacted by an escort, let alone by text! but still ended up going...

Spot on Smiths. I too immediately discount the possibility of any future appointments once this boundary of discretion is breached. Even my regular only ever texts when texted.

Taking the potential dangers of cold contacting to its limit, then there are the complete fucking idiots like 'tramp wife' who not only texts to the point of stalking, even the messages are dangerous... 'Hi, it's Tramp Wife (now Horny-Heather2). Just letting you know I'm available.' Why not just change your name to 'prossyyoufuck' and text that you fucking idiot. She's already made it onto the cunts thread!
