Similar for me - 50mg x 8 every 4 weeks. With other meds, I find a pre-paid prescription certificate goes a long way.

Funnily enough, I got eshot from Numan this week with a 'special offer' for a month's trial pack for a few quid then a monthly sub thereafter. Didn't follow up. "Take our free online consultation and get your first month of 4 tablets for just £4, followed by discreet deliveries each month."

You can order a max of 8 boxes of 4x100mg at a time (£3.20 a box), totalling 32x100mg tablets, I break them in half which gives me 64x50mg tablets.

However you have to pay for an online prescription of £24 which totals 49.60 with free delivery.

I'm gutted I won't be able to save, at best, a few pence per tablet by buying illegally imported tablets from an unlicensed seller.

The meds in your picture are not made by Pfizer they are made in India. 

As for fucking whores being illegal that's where you lost me MrD as there's fuck all illegal about paying a brass to fuck her ass as long as she's over 18 and ain't being coerced.

FWIW I've consumed 1000's of pills from India with zero issues.

Fair enough there's plenty of counterfeits about BUT it's his choice if he takes a punt with them.

Mr fishy, then not being Pfizer was my point, he doesn't trust a generic, but does trust the ones by Pfizer, exactly the same company that makes the vaccine he doesn't trust.

Possibly cialis, they work by relaxing the blood vessels that supply the penis, whereas Viagra works by increasing blood flow

Now the whole counterfeit thing. Two ways of looking at that. Some people (including on here I’m suspecting) are classing generics as counterfeit since they aren’t brand names. Yes if someone is making branded Cialis, then it’s fake but if it’s identical chemistry then it surely isn’t.
Logic suggests to me the generic stuff won’t be fake chemically as what’s the point of faking cheap drugs, the money is in faking brand names. Granted it doesn’t always work that way. I think I once got some non working generics. Weird that

Generic is definitely not counterfeit, the patent ended a while ago, any lab can now make them chemically identical.
As I posted earlier, I've had boxed, branded Pfizer Viagra in Thailand, even had the package insert, they were definitely counterfeit, however, worked perfectly.

My take is, it's counterfeit if they're trying to pass it off as a brand name, it's generic if it's produced by a legit lab, it's fake if it doesn't have the active ingredients or has them but under dosed, usually from an underground lab.
