Simple Answer - not!

I’ve posted a couple of polite requests on AW on the lines of “what area of (....town...) do you operate from”. I’m not asking for an address just the General area or 1st line of post code. This is a reasonable request as some WG’s are vague or move around a lot.

 Polite and simple but some of the replies are like trying to extract blood from a stone. 2 examples,
 1 .”You book through this site (AW) and I am in (....town....).”
Well yes, I knew that, that wasn’t the question!!!

2.”Give me your number and I’ll ring you”.

Well, my punting phone is rarely switched on, so that’s a waste of time, also.

The point I am trying to make is some WG’s make a very poor effort of selling themselves despite polite and genuine enquiries being asked. That’s 2 I shan’t be Persuing. Am I alone in this or it very common?

Maybe it's better to frame it more as a booking request? Y'know, "I'd like to see you for an incall at 3pm for an hour on Wednesday when you're in Manchester - can you confirm whereabouts in Manchester you'll be please?"
I know it's as long as it's short but at least you come over as actually wanting a booking as opposed to some time-waster who just wants a game of email tennis.

I know what you mean and it makes booking an Indi like pulling teeth which is why I tend to prefer parlours, call; book; turn up; punt; nice & easy 
Yesterday I wanted a punt and there was a girl showing in Blackpool who I want to see but she doesn't have a number showing.
She has toured Blackpool 4 times now and i've previously sent her a couple of messages -
1st message was the day she arrived asking how long she was here and what days / times she was working plus did she have a postcode and contact number so I could arrange a booking - read with no reply 
2nd message a couple of days later simply asked for availability and I got a reply the day after saying she was on tour and left town 

So yesterday I didn't even bother trying to contact her as I figured it was easier to drive all the way to Bury and back through the Friday traffic than to try and hook up with an Indi.
My total time was just over 3 and a half hours but I could still be sat her now waiting for an Indi to even read my fucking e-mail 

I get that girls don't want to give out their exact address in case of stalkers etc but I don't see why they can't give a postcode which covers 50-100 addresses 
I want to know where the fuck they are so I can look on street view and work out if the place looks like a ghetto or whether I can remotely park within walking distance before I book them, if I don't like the look of the place or it's city centre then i'm not booking.
Pisses me off when they come back with only the 1st part of the postcode such as M5 as i already fucking well know that from their profile location

I rarely drive to a punt (no chance of having to explain away a ticket/speeding fine-related "why were you in X place that day?" question that way) so it very much helps to have a postcode before booking so I can plan a journey ahead.

If a girl isn't willing to give me a general area I don't bother. Extra points for the postcode but it's not a deal-breaker, just appreciated to make life as easy as possible.

"Manchester" and "Liverpool" can cover a wide range of locations, at least throw us a bone before we throw you ours, WGs.

Some SP's really don't help themselves by not given location info Near this pub near this church etches all we need

Even in towns like Preston it helps to know if SP is near Leyland or Fulwood

also find it frustrating when an SP only offers incalls but offers location as several towns, like Manchester Bolton Wigan Warrington   

  So bloody frustrating

It also helps to check that they are not somewhere too near you or somewhere that you might be recognised.
