My experience with her first time around and with a different agency was worse than you describe, but then I saw her more recently with Diva and she was completely different. It was only after I left her that I realised I had seen her before. The point is on both occasions I had arranged to see her on the basis of a good review, but reviews as useful as they are don't guarantee you a positive experience because there are many factors involved.

Needless one say that some SPs maybe more deliverable and cordial to some agencies than others based the amount of business and type of clients they provide?

You're quite right, previous positives don't guarantee a good experience for anyone, even if you're a repeat client. Just as this negative doesn't necessarily mean she's always rubbish. That's why it's called punting, after all.

With her track record on UKP, I have to say I expected better, although I admit I was in a rush and only glanced through the reviews before booking. If I'd seen a negative I'd probably have been more careful.
