The ad's been around a while and looks mildly suggestive, tempted to TOFTT but if anyone has gen it'd be appreciate lest I waste cash and petrol.

Been around a bit, have been tempted in the past but put off a bit by some of the reports about her.
The Gumtree ad gives her postcode as the new flats on the old hospital site which is opposite the library.
Previous reporters for External Link/Members Only mention her flat is opposite the library.
Maybe wrong and just putting 2 and 2 together....

I side with FB on this one. I've looked at that ad many times and I think it's a "generic" ad for other girls that are working from Kai's flat in Rochford. I used to see Kai quite a lot in the past when she worked from her flat just off Southend seafront. She can be very hit and miss at times, but overall I used to like seeing her for a rubdown and a quick fuck.

Best thing to do is phone Kai on her ad and ask if her "sister" is with her. I saw a few other girls at her place (who she always referred to as her "sister") and had more of a full on experience with them than I did with Kai. So if she has someone with her, opt them instead.

I'd agree it's likely to be the same location that I saw Kai at. Always possible it could be different flat in same block. Kai was on the ground floor by the main entrance as I recall. If travelling a long way I would not take the chance. If local I might try again. She was not great the night I saw her as you'll see from my report but had the look I go for.

If it is Kai then definitely she used to have another girl she offered.  When she was in South end I visited and left when I was offered the other/

I saw Kai the other day in the street as she is quite local, she really has ballooned since her Southend days and not being very tall exacerbates it.
