Author Topic: Catching something from Owo?  (Read 4382 times)

Hi,

Thought I'd share some info - it may help others or may not, but here goes.
Previously I'd only seen a few WG women, like 3 encounters. Mostly in Amsterdam and Budapest.  I'd always worn protection.  I only saw them when on holiday and when single, i.e. out of relationships not in them because I respect and love women in general.  As protected and no kissing, I never caught anything.

Last July I saw someone in my local area and received only Owo for the first time.  Mainly because it was offered and OW just felt weird when I had it in Amsterdam (Owo is not offered in mainland europe mostly, or wasn't when I was there). The local girl was lovely and the experience good, though it was a very hot day (28C) and I did question briefly if bacteria might thrive more in those temps, so should I wear protection, but as long as I kept clean and as i just had a shower and would have one after driving home, I discounted it.  Big mistake....

Well two weeks after the experience whilst out and about in the city centre, I suddenly felt severely ill, like lacking energy and felt confused. I had to go home asap.  The next day my lips erupted with mild cold sores which I quickly controlled with Bonjela (I never get cold sores).  However later  patches of yelllow markings appeard on my lips permanently, which are still slightly visible.  Worse, my penis started to burn on my shaft behind the foreskin was a red lesion/glistening sore. I had a bath and during the bath some water/steam got into my eyes and they too started to sting.  Shortly after the bath, my eyes became inflamed with red streaks and my eyes became very dry.  I thought, that's it, I have caught Herpes so booked myself in for tests for everything.

All of the tests came back negative, and the clinician wasn't sure what I had (she thought it was herpes first-she even gave me a leaflet on it).  Then I was referred to a senior clinician who told me it wasn't herpes, but let's have another round of tests a few weeks later.  I did all of the tests a second time and they too came back negative.  The senior clinician then told me I had a chronic condition called Zoon's Balanitis, which I then googled to death.  I tried various prescribed creams to get rid of the lesion, nothing worked....and the head of my glans get's very red and inflamed...it's annoying and difficult to manage but I found my own way to control it, using castor oil.  I read more on the subject and though Zoon's Balanitis isn't a transmittable condition, However a person can transmit the bacteria that can cause the condition, and I am pretty sure that that is what happened when I received OWO. I am a hygienic person and was in good health before, and all these symptoms happened 2 weeks after the contact, so it's no coincidence.  I saw an optician about my eyes and they said I had Blepharitis....again, I have never suffered from this in my life.  No one seems to know what the red streaks are in my eyes but they said I am healthy. I also have permanently dry eyes since the encounter, which again I've never had.  I definitely caught some kind of virus in addition to the Balanitis, but who knows what that was...

I kind of regret breaking my habit of wearing protection for first time with Owo. I am guessing I was very unlucky.  Was it worth it the intense 15 mins of pleasure? No, but I never thought this would happen to me. I am at least grateful it's not transmittable or herpes, but it is kind of a pain smothering my dick in castor oil every day.  But if I don't do it, it gets very dry and and something called phimosis sets in, where it's difficult to pull the foreskin back, and that is far worse..... Hey ho, that's the risk you take i guess.  Hope this info helps someone in future.  It's going to be weird explaining this to my next girlfriend....

Anyone had a similar experiences?  Or is my experience just part and parcel of it, or was i indeed just unlucky?

P.s. When i say last July I meant July 2019.  Over a year later and i've still got all the same symptoms...

Thanks, and yes it is possible to catch things from OWO, although this particular condition sounds rare (thankfully), and you've been unlucky.

I suppose we all know that it is possible to catch ‘unwanted ailments’ from owo. It’s a dilemma for me as ow just doesn’t do it for me. Having my dick sucked is THE main must-have in a punt, it’s the thing that turns me on most, along with dfk

I've had OWO/BBBJ all over the world since the 1980s and never had anything worse than thrush. I think it's luck of the genes or just luck. BJ/RO is still my favourite.  I've always worn a dom for anal or vaginal sex.

A buddy about same age used to catch STD's all the time and regularly had green pus oozing from his dick but he never wore a dom for sex and antibiotics usually sorted it out.

Yeah oh well, it's too late for me to be put off by it now if I already have it, unfortunately owo is one of the best pleasures in life.  I've been told I could have unprotected sex in a relationship without problems or transmitting it so I guess it's not as bad as an STD. Cheers.

There are some stds that pills can't sort out - genital herpes for example. Incurable and you have it for life (but not life threatening), and so you can pass it on to others, for the rest of your life.

Same with Zoon's Balanitis - It isn't an STD as such but it's a chronic condition and incurable....I must have terrible luck to inherit the bacteria that cause this after 1st unprotected owo....really the luck of the draw.   Apparently though I cannot transmit it, which is good.  Grateful it's not herpes at least!

Back in the early 2000's I found myself in a Prague strip club/brothel type place with a few friends. We were all having a good time sipping our overpriced drinks when an absolutely stunning blonde Russian lady started chatting to me, probably in the hope of me taking her to one of the private rooms they have. I wasn't interested though as I was pretty much broke by then, so when we were about to leave she pecked me on the cheek/side of my mouth and said bye.

When I got back to the apartment I noticed the side of my face was tingling. The area she kissed was slightly red and covered in very tiny bumps (smaller than seeds on a strawberry). I also realised the part of my arm she touched was covered in these bumps too. I freaked out and naturally my friends all said I had herpes. I remember the sensation of tingling on my lip lasting a few days and the bumps on my arm being visible for a few weeks or even a month. I still don't know what it was, it was probably some sort of reaction to something she had. Men from all over the world visit these establishments and what is probably normal bacteria in one place is completely foreign in another.

When I got back home to the UK, I looked up reviews of the place on their site and I remembered her name being mentioned in one of them. I messaged the reviewer and asked him if everything was okay as I'd chatted to her and wondered what she was like in the bedroom. About 4 months later he messaged back saying he'd spent the night with her and they had barebacked in the shower. His email sounded like he was freaking out as he said he'd caught something, 'doesn't feel right' and was really worried. He kept asking if I knew what she had. I just said I only chatted to her in the club and left it at that.

Always wondered what it was. :(

Doubt any STD would have a visible effect quite that quickly, especially on your arm.
Probably just Novichok, I'd not worry....

It CAN be cured. Sounds to me like you have put 2 and 2 together and got 5. This could have happened at any time. Or it could have been from your meet and you didn’t wash your cock properly.

There are things you can catch from owo but this isn’t one of them.

I had a really good shower when I got home - I asked for a shower at the meet before the session as it was very hot in my car but she said "You can have one but it will eat into your time". As my time was 15 mins I didn't bother. I should have asked her again after the session but as the one before came with conditions, I figured after she might be funny about it or I'm outstaying my welcome.  It took me 20 mins to drive home and in my car it was super hot as 28C outside....I reckon that delay in that heat is what caused the infection...someone else's bacteria for 20 mins and heat....but who really knows.

I’ve had balinitis before and it was a bitch to get rid of. Probably took me a good 6 months of antifungal / antibacterial and steroid cream. The worst thing was the skin was sore and would split as it healed, especially with the cock skin being so stretchy (hard ons were really unpleasant!). I wasn’t having any kind of sex at the time and I put it down to bacteria feasting on sugar in my urine, despite rigorous hygiene.
I really do think you’ve simply been unlucky. Unfortunately, vigorous use of soap products doesn’t always help these matters either as it can imbalance your skin pH etc

Offline Adusarpong

It is a risk. I think we have to weigh out the risks. Play this game at your own peril.

Sensualencounter, do you remember what steroid cream worked for you? I tried dactokort and trimovate, neither did much. Not using soap down there only Dermol 500 an antifungal wash and castor oil after which has anti fungal proprties. Still got it though 16 months later. Hope to get rid of it eventually.

Can’t remember now but just went into chemists and asked for steroid cream. After a while the fungal side of things stopped but the skin would never heal. So I only used the steroid cream. But that is risky in itself as it can thin the skin, so I used a tiny amount and made sure it was well rubbed into the foreskin. And tried really hard not to get a hard on and undo all my good work!!
