The first link is a bait/switch (fake pictures), I turned up and left as soon as I saw her (was in her late 40's). She had the nerve to say "pictures not real" when I asked if she's the one in the advert.
Second was plan B, and she sent me the same address/door number as the first, so I didn't bother turning up.
