She would've had a big fat negative from me after the first cancellation and I would've moved on. Especially as she's at the higher end of the going NE rate.

As far as I'm concerned I'm the customer and I want to spend my money on someone who wants to take it willingly. Fuck this jumping through hoops and putting up with repeated cancellations.  If I really wanted to see them I would give them one more chance then move on, we're spoilt for choice up here.
