I met them a couple of years back so can confirm that they are legit. Probably just aren't offering meets at this time.
At £400 ph that is a massive p_ss take in my book, real or not.
Some SP profiles do start as escorts and realise they can make a lot more money, giving the illusion of escorting and selling content on aw (to name just 1 platform) - or they sell the profile on and the new owner/Sergei makes money from the profile for years etc.
They also charging:
7.80 credits for 24 hours access to 91 photos
60 credit for 1 years access to 91 photos
with no other options
Which suggests they want to get naive punters paying once and then moving on...and likely no regular updates of photos either.
