It's reliable in that you will get to meet the girl you booked (unless you booked a day or more in advance and she didn't turn up for work).  There is a twitter account linked on their website that posts photos (without filters / adjustments) of the WGs - I suggest you look at that to get a realistic picture of what the WGs look like.

As for the quality of the punts, it's going to vary, but that is the nature of punting.

I saw her on Friday in passing on my way to knob Rebecca. She may be pretty if she smiled but it was hard to tell cos she avoided eye contact as I passed her on the way to the back room and bathroom.  It is her in the photos though so no B and s.  Nice petite body on her.

I wouldn't say it's classy but it's not grotty, you can shower, the maid is nice and helpful, the flat is clean and the rooms are nice enough. It's one reason I like it - the whole experience is relaxed compared to the probs you can have with random AW punts.

I must have visited HOD 50+ times by now and have only ever had 2 bad experiences. Despite all this talk of conveyor belt experiences, I've only had a couple of times where my time has been cut short and have always managed to get in a shower on both entering and leaving and it hasn't cut into my time. 

Of course YMMV and the quality of the punt will depend almost entirely on the girl you go with but HOD in general for me has been great value for money and the girls for the most part have been excellent.

Of course it is different to being with a good indie and the guy who runs the place does has a negative rep especially on this forum and of course the place isn't perfect but at least in my personal experience the maids are friendly and very helpful, booking is easy and the girls for the most part are professional and good quality though of course they are generally trying to get through as many guys as possible in a shift and you will likely get a more personal experience if you go with a good quality indie.

The basement flat is more discrete but wear your covid mask because cctv camera faces the door.

I'm not aware of any camera upstairs, but there could be one i haven't spotted.

Basically, there is little to worry about. It's in a fairly well to do street with hotels and embassies nearby.

If you want a popular girl, you need to book before the day. Even some of the lower profile girls are booking up for 3 hours in advance. You call at 12pm, they might offer you at 5pm. My impression is that weekends are much less pressured. I picked a Wednesday 1pm and the girl started late and was trying to get me out at 25 minutes.

Bad though that was, I prefer that to the atrocious comms I'm getting off AW in the past weeks. Many girls will not answer at all. Ask any questions about the services or extras and they just blank you. The same ones are usually giving postcodes 50 to 70 minutes away. I'm not risking that for a girl who can't answer a simple question about dfk and owo.

Similar experience.  Apparently one of their mobile numbers is down for texts.  I called to arrange by phone and got confirmation on another number.  (Now discarded as part of my security protocol otherwise I'd send it to you).

I've been punting at HOD for almost 3 years and must have had between 50-100 visits by now. I have only ever had 1 experience where the girl I booked (Lily) did not show up to work on the day.

On the rare occasion this happens, you have booked a girl and she doesn't show, HOD will give you a discount.

HOD's Twitter feed is handy for seeing 'real' photos of the girls working there (rather than the heavily touched up photos in their galleries).

But i don't think I've ever seen a real photo of Apple. She must have an agreement with them that they only use her gallery shots. Possibly the only girl there who can demand that.

I have seen her once, back in the Warren St days. Maybe I'll take the plunge and see her again this summer.
