if the guy was having a serivce anyway, I guess it woudl be fair for me to pay a proportion of his fee and then the pay the girl something.Like I say, I'nn just asking to watch something that would be happeiong anyway!

I would assume that you would be charged aswell as the punter. Many years ago I arranged a meet with a punter who booked two escorts for an hours foursome. So for the price of a normal 1 hour punt I had the bonus of swapping with a second lady and the voyeurism thrown in.
