Anyone else having any difficulty contacting premium today?
I've called twice and nobody has picked up. Also sent a text hours ago and haven't had any reply.

Ah, Thanks DM. That makes sense. For a moment I had mass paranoia that I was being screened/blocked (not that I've done anything to warrant that).
