Latin girls in the Brentwood area - an experimental derivation of a conspiracy

As of late there has been a great many latin girls advertised in Brentwood, both on Adultwork and Vivastreet. Upon texting them, they all seem to be operating out of the same three postcodes, and have a few generic text message responses, and profile descriptions, with two having replied to my texts with identical messages in response, down to the last emoji. However, all of their profiles have had different photographs, and different mobile telephone numbers, with varying languages spoken. When I google the telephone numbers, profiles on other escorting websites do pop up, with the same photographs and descriptions. They only seem to be in the area for a few days.

I am wondering what is going on here - is it the same small group of people constantly rotating around a few addresses, using the same profiles and different phones? Genuinely a constant stream of different people who are organised by the same individual? Some trafficking operation?

I am thinking of booking an incall for one tomorrow at the most convenient address as an experiment to see if the photographs, name, and voice on the phone match up to the girl I get to see. The only trouble is that she seems to be operating out of a block of flats with a concierge desk, but I shall just have to muster up courage to walk past.

Good idea? Bad? Conspiracy?

Could be the same block of flats I visited a black WG in 2/3 years ago? You can just walk past him to the lift. Didn't get asked anything when entered. When I left used the stairs that exited to side of flats. If worried use the stairs to go in. Think I came out to the left of flats?

To answer the OP's original query, from what he says this is clearly a trafficking setup using multiple fake revolving profiles intended to throw the police off the scent.
The profile images will be stolen. The girls will be part of a trafficking group (possibly voluntarily, probably not - things can get blurred) and if you use them and get caught you could end up in the shit.

But thats when things get blurred: they may be willing, but legally they're trafficked

Wouldn't have any problems if they are where I know they are. Visited an SP there last year. Just walk past the concierge without a second look and head for the lift. Or use the side entrance stairs. Parking easy in the pay-and-display near by. Same coming out. I used the stairs and discreetly exited and mingled in the crowded shopping mall.
