The queue for the toilets in an aircraft is often interesting but obviously there are all sorts of constraints including close proximity so outwardly you have to look totally indifferent to others in the queue.

At a pub near me one Covid measure is to change both the men's and women's toilets to unisex. In each only one of the three cubicles is available as the toilets are only to be used by one person at a time. There are of course some urinals in the men's as well as cublicles but obviously men are not expected to use them tho that is not explicitly stated anywhere.

I think the logic behind making both unisex is to give women a fairer crack of the whip. As women usually take longer they now have a choice of two toilets to equalise things up on par with men.

The women tend to go for the previous women's toilet in the first instance. I am going for that in the first instance as well :-) A few days ago I had 4 pints of beer over a few hours and needed 5 trips to the toilets for a wee and it was a bit interesting every time :-).
