They did not check on her or manage the timings for the 100 man marathon. She had to put the alarms herself, it was also very evident as the programme went on the employees were winging it. They were not even going to hire security at one point. She started crying at the end and her PA did not really know what to do.
I think you're right they were winging it at first and didn't consider the logistics of it all. So, does that mean her staff didn't have her best interests at heart? Was that deliberate or perhaps serious naiveté from all of them. We have very little to go on in terms of facts behind the scenes. The video editing, the questioning of the guy had a judgemental narrative throughout.
She did cry at the end, understandably, after such an extreme activity combined with the judgmental attitudes the guy reminded her of. She was obviously conflicted, having achieved something unusual and very stressful (I think she said feeling like a prostitute?? having one man after another.) The exhaustion, both physical and emotional, along with societal pressure, personal enjoyment, and internal conflict, was too much for her. What I found odd is he was trying to please her fans and expecting them to cum, etc. As she said some were complaining they didn't get their 5 minutes with her. From my experience in sex parties some men take ages to cum. Also with the pressure of the environment, some men just can't perform. Trying to please them all was a mistake. Yes, it was badly organised.
However, in the cold light of day, she realized that the experience couldn't have been that traumatic, as she decided to do it again, this time with more men - and hopefully with better logistics and security. I think she's a savvy businesswoman; she has created a buzz that will attract more men to her OF account. While OF is full of wannabes trying to make it big (most don't), she has figured out what makes men tick. That bring me onto another issue. I read the comments on Youtube and also some of the comments UKP about her doing the 100 men gangbang, etc. What I find sad is the pontificating moral hypocrisy of some men.
It never changes, throughout history men have been both fascinated by and critical of "promiscuous" women; from Messalina (*) to various porn starts having 100s of men in gangbangs. They criticize these women while also being secretly (or even not so secretly) attracted to them.
Also, if we were to turn the tables around and men were able to have sex with 100 women in one day I bet most hetero men would jump at the chance - even or specially those moralising "saintly" men out there. Heck, if I were some kind of super human man and had the opportunity to have sex with 100 women in one day I would want to video it and publish if for posterity.

* Before anyone says, yes I know tales of Messalina's promiscuity were written by historians who were hostile to her and her family, so the accuracy of these stories is debatable - but my point stands.
