I did not have that experience and, as a very occasional smoker myself, have a bit of tolerance for the smell of fags but I'd be put out if it was like kissing an ash tray at £250 p/h.

My belief is that such ladies charge higher prices because they are in demand; and it is assholes like me who leave positive reviews for them to take undue advantage in terms of increasing their prices.
