You pronounce boldly on 'the type of BBC graduates' entering the BBC yet I suspect you know fuck all about the reality  .

I don't particularly either, but if you think they don't have programmes for enabling those from vastly varied backgrounds to join, or that top British Universities don't have initiatives for getting BAME and underpriviliged students studying with them, you'd be very badly wrong.

But then because you're so biased, you wouldn't even have considered it.

But seriously....

You can have as many equal opportunties programmes as you like. You can stick up posters. You can have seminars and get column after column in the Guardian.

But end of the day, if people from BAME communities aren't interested, and don't want to join, then there's nothing you can do about it.

People in the film and tv world know this. But they keep being over backwards because they need the V.S. points.

Sorry to use BBC as my source here, but Trump is now claiming George Floyd would posthumously endorse his achievements in office.  I mean, where to fucking start?

The USA has never had a more Pro-Black Prez! 

I'm fully expecting Trump to have a Medium at the next Whitehouse press Conference, connecting with Floyd from the other side. Or perhaps he'll just have some mysterious, Black-sounding bloke on the Batphone?

I recall during Barack Obama's time as POTUS there were easily half a dozen high profile deaths of blacks by Police Officers, but the media avoid mentioning this because it doesn't fit their long held anti-Trump campaign.

It is all fancy speeches and nothing seems to get done.. it is all a merry go round and back to square 1..
