Good FK then DFK was offered, very nice, then good OWO, please note IF you book for half hour OWO was a £20 extra making it £90 not £70, I booked an hour which included OWO for £110. She was very friendly with a good attitude throughout.

Based in a block of flats near Southgate Station, she says she offers parking in her car park for free, but there are local side roads I parked on whose only restriction was no parking 11-12noon so I didn't book her that time.

I see she has increased her half hour rate to £80 but I don't know if that now includes OWO, it didn't when it was £70 making it £90 for half hour with OWO. And she has increased her hour rate to £120 from £110 which did include OWO. £120 an hour even if it still includes OWO is pushing it in my view.
