Clatty, my experience sounds identical but I’d say I had two bouts. The first was about 4 odd days worth the next was about ten days later and lasted longer. Looking back I doubt I should’ve been at the pub on a couple of occasions but like everyone else we thought Coronavirus was something going on somewhere else.

It would be good if in a few weeks things are looking quite good in Scotland.

I think the anti-body test should be widely available, but from your Gp, and I know of colleagues in work, who are in the vulnerable group, and currently being furloughed and of work.  These colleagues like my self, did we have covid-19 early on in the year, and the anti-body test might show this, and allow colleague to return to work

However I had the antibody test 2 weeks ago carried out at my work, so it's supposed to tell if you've had it, or got it or you've got the antibody's, came back all negative. So the test I got was meant to be comparable to women pregnancy test as in how the indications worked. Wee sample blood, drop of re-agent, 1st line confirms that sample has been taken and and sample still being analysed. If there is any other lines (Max 3) then it's a combination to check off a chart. The only thing they said if it tests positive that you have it, you need to go get NHS Covid test to confirm.

My family has been front line through this and only ever got Covid test, I'm classed as a key worker not in health services, but my company bought shit loads of tests early into this.
Nice to hear the accuracy levels, it's just such a quick test and wonder why not so freely available in health services.

I guess right now, this could be the best time, if you have weighed up the risks for a punt, so between now July and Sept, the going seems good, but however what will be the outcome, come Oct/Nov
