I think;
When the review is 'indexed' here eith a robot or moderator links to the three photos on the page of the AW page.
Either AW are blocking this in someway, or if it is a robot/script doing it, then AW have introduced a way of stopping this happening, hence the error message.
If you right mouse click on the AW plock and then left mouse click on the menu item, 'Open in a new tab' the image appears.
Well it does for me.
