The article explains plenty of viruses can be detected in different parts of the body including semen, but the presence doesn't necessarily mean it is spread this way.

At the moment I'd consider being in a room with someone with CV-19, and or close enough to kiss them just as much if not greater risk than being in contact with their semen via oral without or touching with hands (which can be washed).

Yes this has hit the news today and it was only recently I posted it hadn't been found in semen. 

A previous Chinese study had found no evidence and it included testicular biopsy specimens. External Link/Members Only

Both studies are very small samples of less than 40. As ever with this virus more research needed. As it is primarily a respiratory virus, I would not however expect semen to be a significant transmission pathway if at all, but who knows?

The only time I've heard this was in a song by the very unfunny Chubby Brown which was sent around on Facebook ('My Sharona' as Corona) where he mentions having a wank is full of germs that spread disease

You can poke numerous holes into it, the most significant being
How were the patients hands sterilised before they tossed themselves off?
What was done to stop the patients sneezing as they ejaculated?
What was done to sterilise the air in the room?
