China has called for solidarity and co-operation, saying it is not the time for "finger-pointing"

How can a "state" in one country sue another country, what court has jurisdiction ?

why would a country that just invades other countries (Tibet) when it wants too, pay any attention to a state?

I guess it was always going to happen. However it will take years to get to court I suggest. Mind you we do need to know where this originated. Be interesting to see what happens . Is there a court in the world that will deal with this ?:hi:

That was a copyright action between two companies in a Beijing court. Nothing like the the situation referred to in your opening post.
