When should lockdown end?

Without the grammar lessons and politics, is anyone else actually concerned that they may catch this virus and die?

As you well know Steve and from some of my other posts I am really scared of getting it 
I have acute asthma triggered by Cats , pollen smoke and quite a few other thing  which some people take as every day items and get pissed when I ask to avoid these 
If I got it and this virius it wont be nice what ever outcome. Even a cold is a pain when you are trying to breath just using mouth and wheezing as nose is blocked

I am in the 55-65 age group and am worried as really not one expert can say where its come from or how its caught....Wash hands remember that one ? Masks useless ? usefull ? 2meters 10 meters sneze prjestion  4meters cough ??? stays alive in air 9hrs dies on paper 2hrs What ever they say they really dont know  oh best one maybe as it came from Bats maybe Vampire Bats Sunlight kills it  so its a bit like a Vampire then eh?
The armchair experts ( who have now in numbers over taken the infected ) just want to shot the messengers who ever there are   
I ve not lost direct friends but what i call consocenti from circles of freinds or work mates, the closest was two freinds of my daughters in their 30`s with another going in to hospitial for a week or so luckly no ventolator but low oxgen levels...

We all live in our own little bubble and that infulences how we veiw outside  some on here have managed to remain in a bubble but an obscured one on their own never meeting other apart from paid sex or lording it overthem at work

Point well made. Grammar lessons and politics fade into nothing when the reality of what the world is facing becomes truly real and frightening.
I am in a high risk group and when you see groups playing football and a highly paid footballer organising a party for 50 or so in his flat you wonder WTF is happening.
I have a friend with asthma and he is being "shielded" but has moved out to reduce his risk and that of his family to infection.
Having just seen Boris I am pleased with his approach and the fact that he is not giving in to those who want the lockdown restrictions reduced.

I hope everyone here comes through the other side, whenever that is.

But what was all the shite he spouted about other countries looking at our apparent success? No other country is looking at us and seeing a "success" story, we're on the same curve as Italy with a likely higher death total and despite the 3 week warning from places like Italy. I have relatives in the US and they accept their situation is at best patchy, at worst a shitstorm, but they see the UK as being bad not a success.

Look at the island of Ireland. North vs South. Would anyone say the North is a success compared to the South?

  ALL leaders have some thing of the Rabbit caught in a lampers light about them They have to stop and listen to Their non polital Science Advisers and as we have alll found out there are many of those and many diffrent versions of what will might and is happening ..As bubbles go we aint doing to bad when you take into account the population and the crowed living in the south of England and large towns and Cities....Nordick models are not really usefull  to compare  (sorry heard my voice sound like armchair Expert) as Commentators have said many times over smaller population sparsely populated very very little in BAME groups ...New York  High number of BAME groups high densely populated .Result just awfull scarey numbers and mass graves.... But we have yet to see the real effects in the 3rd world China South America Africa they will all be diffrent due to population ages and fitness..   I too was one of those that got the isolate letter from my Dr`s I do what I can, but am worried as really what do the experts really know eh....

There would have been a palace coup, the main problem if labour was in power, the lock down would not have been supported by middle England.

The point wasn't missed WW. I once left a punt after a big session, got to the end of the road where there was a cafe and had to sit down, was literally fucked. After a coffee was ready to get the train home..
