COMMSI emailed her a week or so in advance - just as she started a short break - with a meeting request, so was met with radio silence for a few days. However, she finished her break in good time to set things up. Comms got better once we had established text contact.

A good session, but I don't think I will be a regular at £160/hour - not that I have any choice in it at present due to the current lockdown.
