I just wanted to ask if any of the fellow punters here have had the virus or know anyone who has been infected? So far in my circle of friends and family members nobody I know has contracted the virus. That includes friends on Facebook, Twitter and other social media from all over the country. I am not doubting that this virus exists; however, I am really starting to question if it is as serious and infectious as they are reporting. Granted, some of my family members and friends could have already had it. There was a point a few months ago when I had a minor bout of the sniffles, but that was all it was a little bit of a cold. Anyway, I am just getting fed up of this lockdown and having to put my life on hold and I am dying to part with my hard earned money to fuck a hot, busty, young vixen!
I know 2 people personally who've had the virus.
And heard of several others from family members, neighbours, and friends of friends.
1. A friend in London in her late 40s contracted it I assume from public transport and attending day to day appointments in thd capital in March before Londoners were really serious about social distancing and before lock down. She lost sense of smell and taste, had high fever, muscle pain, headache, fatigue, and lethargy. She was laid low for 3 whole weeks but made a full recovery with apparently no lasting effects or damage. By all accounts a nasty experience.
2. A former work colleague in the Midlands, male, mid 50s I would guess, became ill and off work in the week after lock down was announced. Previous smoker but trying hard, not sure how successfully, to give up. Hospitalised a week after becoming ill and in ICU 3 days after that. Sadly died after less than a week in ICU.
I agree with you. I'm not convinced that the virus is as extremely contagious as is claimed. I saw my friend in London just before the weekend she started showing symptoms of a little cold. At that point she would've ingested the virus but it would've been still incubating inside her for the average 5 day or so period. I didn't become ill.
I think the virus is more prevalent and much more chance of catching it in high risk environments like hospitals, clinics etc. But equally schools and pubs and places where large numbers of people gather as will happen in June and July because of the government's lack of care and competence and wanting to kick start the economy again even though it is blatantly lying over the necessary conditions having been met first.
Given the experiences of the people I know/knew I'm struggling to understand why 70 year old Prince Charles overcame the virus so quickly as innocuously. A funny beast, is this coronavirus.
