I was just having a skim through past ee's. There are a good handful who come over as a sort of summer job, throw themselves into the fun of it, and disappear again after a few weeks or couple of months. I've met one or two incredibly enthusiastic (or even over-enthusiastic if there is such a description) Polish girls who were quite sensible (booking arrangements, safety procedures etc) and threw themselves into it like there was no tomorrow. It's one of the reasons I take a chance on a newbie from time to time (that and the difficulty of booking known good providers at short notice). But that sort of enthusiasm can't be sustained. The girl either has to develop first class customer skills, or stop, or be mediocre.

With Romanians, it's a cultural problem. I'm sure not all Romanian prossies are a waste of space (or good looking but otherwise a waste of space), it's just that a very large proportion are. I don't keep such a careful log of the sauna girls these days but I think LSS, for instance, has, or has had, one or two perfectly lovely Romanian girls who gave good service.

Have seen 6 EE's and only one negative experience so far with what I believe was a Romanian b&s.

Nothing detached about the two Poles who regularly grease my pole - definitely amongst my all time favourites. Only seen two Hungarians and one Czech lady and would definitely see them again.  Can't say that's enough to build a picture but for me EE's are actually better on average than the English girls.

I've met around 10 English girls and two remain at the top of my favourites/regulars pile but there are at least 5 I'd never want to see again.

So for me although the best English girls are great on balance the Brits seem in my experience the least reliable option.
