Just one question, someone else mentioned this mirror also. The B2B only takes place on the back area (front down). So your head is in the hole (cradle) so where is this mirror positioned for you to be able to view the B2B through it? Only I didn’t see it.

When I’m face down, my head feels very comfortable with my face inside the cradle. I can’t recall attempting to lift my head and twist my neck whilst in this position. I just assume with a hefty ole weight on my back attempting it could be difficult for me. I don’t know for sure until I attempt it. I’ll try it and keep you informed how I get on. It doesn’t feel very comfortable with no cradle and the use of a pillow/cushion. So best stay has I am and try to see if I can get little glimpses now and then. I would have thought for most of a certain age stopping in this position too long would become uncomfortable. But thanks for your concern.
