I saw her once, site says she's in her 30s, but she seems to have got confused and given the age of her youngest great grandchild.  She may well have started in the business in her 30s, back in 1872, but she's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay older than that now.
