If you washed it immediately and properly rinsed if using soap, then yes get tested but keep an eye out for any symptoms.  Last month I got pissed and shagged a 27 yr old lass stupidly. Now got the all clear, but I was stupid and reckless.  Don't be me.

The fact WGs use condoms all the time means they are conscious of STDs very much.  As others said, some random burd is more likely to give you an STD.  I'm amazed at how many minger non hookers don't use a rubber ever.  Know a guy who's constantly into ugly fat mingers he meets online, never uses a condom once.  One of em was late with her period, other got an abortion. 

I'd say you got nothing to worry about, but get tested anyway.

Happened to me a few times now! As others have said, you’re probably gonna be OK if she’s a decent WG who looks after herself. But I’d get tested anyway if I were you. I go every 3 months for the full works, better safe than watching your cock melt away and fall off..........
