Eva53X AW and Unit 8 fulfils most of your requirements.  AW states age of 27 but certainly a mature attitude.  More than likely could even host your part at unit8.  Plenty of reports on here to help you including parties.

I can be intending to add own review of Eva shortly which shall mainly echo other positives (with some small/petty caveats because I am fussy bugger).

Agree RE Eva at Unit 8, I'm pretty sure she does hotel work etc. But I'd need someone else to confirm.
