I booked her a few days in advance.
She asked me to reconfirm by SMS at 10AM on the day of the booking.
I confirmed that I will do that.
For now, all good.

... a few days after, the evening the day before the booking, she SMS me :
are you still coming tomorrow ?
...a few hours after, I confirm :
yes I will come
...she replies :
too late, I booked someone else as you weren't replying

Guys please note that this was all still the day before the booking

This idiot is just double-booking people and doesn't even follow her own procedure

That's completely out of order. She had given you a time to confirm and then changed the goal posts. Clearly offered a booking she preferred.
