So sorry that my first review, is negative and was a complete waste of time.
A week ago I made an appointment with Mature Amy from Broxbourne, for the next day at 10:00 am.
The night before at approximately 10:00 pm that evening I received a text saying, "Have to cancel as She had a burst water pipe." 
Was asked to book for the following week.
Two days ago via text made an appointment for today, Friday at 2:00 pm.
The day before text to confirm and receive postcode with Street name.
Arrange my day around this and also to get away from work early.
This I did and drove the 40 minutes to Broxbourne.
Arrived 5 minutes early at the postcode and Street name.
Text for the house number, and received absolutely nothing in return.
Texted again and called 5 times without being answered.
Waited 35 minutes still no text or calls answered.
Left last text saying I had travelled 40 minutes for the appointment which was made two days ago and confirmed only yesterday, and that this is unprofessional and unacceptable. Received a text back saying "She had to rush her Mother into Hospital this morning"
To which I replied "I was very Sorry but a text would have taken 2 seconds.
My Mother comes first was the reply.
