I toyed with making this a neutral since the desired outcome was achieved, but int he end it is just negative.
A few points - each one wouldn't have to be problem, she is a bit older than her photos imply,(nothing new there) but she got my name wrong which irritates, but most of all she was a technician not an artist.
The approach was polite, pleasant but a bit unthinking and unimaginative. I won't go back but it was better than sitting on the M25 in the rush hour
