External Link/Members OnlyMade arrangements to meet this person at my hotel in London the day before the meeting. Comms were really good leading up to the event itself and thought this would be a good one to finish off 2019.
Couple of texts back and forth on the day to confirm and then get a message saying she's leaving to meet me and will be there in 30 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes then text to ask if she was coming or not, then just as I'm about to give up and go for plan B (5 minutes after my last text) got a message saying that something came up but she can be with me in 30 minutes (this was about 15 minutes after she should have shown up for our original time). Was thinking with the wrong head and agreed to wait for 30 minutes - then nothing at all. Didn't show up and never returned any texts, not even the next day to apologise.
Don't waste your time with this one, or if you take a punt, make sure you have a plan B lined up!
