Doesn't display adds

For 3 days now I can't see any add
All add spaces are there but  blank !!!
Do they block visitors even if you only visit the site like anyone else ??

Hawai try clearing your phone or laptops browser cache.

A Google will give you easy instructions if you haven't done beforehand.
