Surely the point here is that Penelope Red advertises ridiculous prices precisely because she doesn't escort and has no intention of escorting (pace the one rather dodgy-looking feedback for escorting – the rest all being for cam).
If it became crystal clear that she doesn't escort, AW would boot her off the escorting side of the site – where she chooses to appear in order to be able to attract more camming and Private Gallery business than she otherwise would.
If she asked sensible prices for escorting, it would be clear from her inbox – and I assume that AW's enforcers have the ability to enter inboxes if they want to? – that e-mails from punters wanting to book her are being ignored.
In addition annoyed punters might leave non-scoring feedback indicating that she doesn't respond to requests for bookings.
But at £350 an hour, no sane punter is going to make contact to try to book her.
