I've not been to this place but I know where it is. No more than around 5mins' walk away from the railway station.

Come out of the station, cross the road and turn left. Gower Rd is on your right as you walk towards a mini-RAB. Turn into Gower Rd and walk along to the top of the road where it curves round to the left and becomes Lower Gower Rd. Immediately on your RHS is a building called The Bakery, turn into the little drive down the side and The Workshop is on your RHS.

The station isn't far.  There is a sauna there but I didn't use it.  Looked quite small.  There is a hot tub too but wasn't on at the time I went although the receptionist (I say receptionist but was one of the other girls) said they can turn it on if I wanted.

I did go early afternoon in the hope I didn't meet other punters so it was quiet there.  I did hear the shower going while I was getting changed before the massage but didn't see the anyone other than the girls.  I imagine after 4pm it starts to get a bit busier and you will bump into others which happened as I was leaving.
