Five differing advertisements from the same poster, the first one above mentions an agency called "Birmingham Ladies", the second one called "Pleasure Honeys".

The word scam comes to mind here.

Hi Major P I can confirm this lady was in Birmingham last week I remember her pictures on my weekly check of VS she has been in Birmingham for a few weeks
