Was given the postcode that was a nice area of Coventry and was told to contact them when I'd arrived at the postcoded area. Got there, followed instructions and got the dreaded no reply. Luckily I'd only had to travel about 10mins - I guess its the old if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't.
They've since suspended their profile but their feedback did look genuine whilst it was up.
