Based on 100+ hookers experience ive never had one tell me not to touch her hair , maybe it depends on the kind of chiks you go for , i can imagine you might get the kindof attitude you describe with glamour dolly up themselves type hoes but that woudnt appeal to me anyway.
This girl looks a bit upherself like she thinks the sun shines out her arse , which makes her look unnattractive to me.

Have had more than a handful of girls refuse touching of hair, didn't correlate to ethnicity, type of hair or price.  Some don't want you controlling their head, others don't want their hair messed with, some were "ticklish" around their ears/nape.  This might change if you gained their trust from previous visits so could well be down to temporary reluctance due to recent bad experiences.

I know certain races do not appreciate this touching of hair in and outside of the punting world. I thought this may have been Hot Pie's raison d'etre and not anything against
