Nothing as radical as that.

1. Lower volume per day to give her time to eat and do other things in life without feeling so pressured. Charge extra for anal, so not doing it so often. I think her fees support this.

2. Regular holidays/breaks - just like any job you need time away to get your energy levels back up again and maybe every 6 weeks or so.  It must be quite draining mentally having random people contacting you 24 hrs a day about sex and trying to see you.
